Registration fees

The registration fee includes: attendance to all sessions, congress material, lunches and refreshments in the breaks during the congress days. Social events are also included in the registration fee but pre-registration is mandatory.

Student fees

The student  fee applies for all students  enrolled in a recognized academic institution. To register students must be able to provide Student ID or similar documentation. PhD-students/PhD-candidates preparing for their PhD-degree are allowed to register as “Students”.

Registration Instruction for Presenting Authors

Each MAF 2024 abstract must have at least one full registration attached to it by mid June 2024 in order to be included in the programme. If your abstract is not accepted, you are entitled to a full refund.

IMPORTANT: INVITATION LETTERS FOR VISA REQUIREMENTS

Invitation letters are only issued for registered attendants. Any user needing an invitation letter can download it during the registration once he/she has registered and the payment has been confirmed.

Social Activities

Registration fee includes the welcome drink on Sunday 8th.
Congress Dinner tickets are available at 45€ per unit, on first come, first served basis.
Accompanying person
If you wish to come with an accompanying person, tickets (up to 2 per delegate) for welcome drink can be purchased at 30€ per unit.
For the congress dinner, please note that there  is a waiting list. We’ll confirm their attendance onsite once the congress starts, at the registration desk.
In case of availability for accompanying person, tickets must be paid onsite at 85€/ ticket (up to 2 per delegate).

Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. The information we ask for in the registration is the information we need to properly arrange the meeting, logistics, login, payments etc. We will provide relevant information with our partners (travel agency / hotel / venue and industry) with the same purpose. Neither we nor our partners will share any information with third parties. We may keep your name and email address for future events, but you are always free to reject any invitations. We can not register your information without your approval. By clicking the “I have read and accept the privacy policy” button in our registration forms, you agree that we store your information according to the privacy policy.

AM Conferences & Meeting and the organizers of  the 18^th conference in the Methods and Applications in Fluorescence (MAF 2024)  are jointly responsible for the processing of your personal data. Read the full privacy policy for the conference here >>

Method of payment

All payments should be made in Euros €. All bank transfer charges in connection with transferring fees are to be paid by the delegate. No personal, company or Euro-cheques will be accepted.

Payment can be made by the following methods:
Credit card – Visa, MasterCard or American Express. Please note that all credit card payments are made through a secure and encrypted online payment gateway, and will be listed as a transaction with AM Conferences & Meetings on your credit card statement.

Cancellation of registration and social events

Until 11 July 2024, cancellation is possible and you will be refunded the congress fee less an administrative cost of Euros 50. We regret that no refunds can be made for cancellations received after July 12th 2024. If you cannot attend the congress, your registration is transferable to another member of your organisation, an administrative cost of Euros 25 will be charged. Refunds will be made once the congress finalize.
